ITLog

Itlog, which in the English language meaning “EGG”,

Eggs laid by females of many different species, including birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish, have been eaten by mankind for millennia. Bird and reptile eggs consist of a protective eggshell, albumen (egg white), and vitellus (egg yolk), contained within various thin membranes.

Egg yolks and whole eggs store a lot of protein and choline. For this reason, the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) categorizes eggs as Meats within the Food Guide Pyramid

Popular choices for egg consumption are chicken, duck, roe, and caviar. The egg most often humanly consumed by far is the produce of the chicken.

In tagalog the word itlog may be used in any term, like in school – anong grade ang nakuha mo… ITLOG!!! Or in sports – sya ay nag itlog sa shaded area (3 second violation in basketball), but I will use it as and acronym for my travel which would be I Travel Log or in short “ITLog”. I Travel Log, would be a documentation of the travels I (we) have made and with some stories and real facts that would accompany my photos.

And my first ITLog would be our travel to the place called “GANDUYAN”, or which is now known as “SAGADA”
